Yes, I know that’s an odd question but hear me out!
It’s true what they say, you really are what you eat.
Skincare products should only be half of your skincare regimen. Diet plays a huge roll in our skin heath. I feel like this very important piece of healthy, glowy skin gets overlooked when we’re bombarded with skincare products promising to do x,y,z. So here are three helpful tips on how to support your skincare products to achieve radiant skin!

1/ Drink lots of water + lemon water: lemon juice contains vitamin c – an antioxidant that helps protect cells from damaging free radicals & the main ingredient in collagen production.
2/ Eat all the fruit but avoid added sugars: fruits are nature’s gold (seriously) and they are PACKED with vitamins & antioxidants that are great for our skin + overall health. Refined sugar on the other hand, does the opposite as it creates inflammation in the body.
3/ Skip on the processed foods & dairy: these cause inflammation in the body. If you suffer from acne try avoiding these + refined sugar.
& did I mention water? seriously though, It’s basically like adding a moisturizer from the inside out & is one of the most important things to do for your skin. It also helps your body absorb the amazing nutrients you’re feeding it!
